mission
The world of work is changing – including in medicine.

MediNexus Workforce connects doctors with hospitals that are ready to rethink medical work more flexibly. We create new opportunities for people who want to combine their profession with freedom, mobility, and a self-determined life.
It's not just about placing international doctors in Germany. MediNexus also targets German doctors who no longer want to tie their entire professional life to a single employer or location.

self-determination
Work in a way that fits your life
Work in Germany for several months and then travel. Live abroad for part of the year. Get to know different cities, clinics, and medical specialties. Or consciously alternate between intensive work periods and longer periods of time off.
MediNexus enables work models where the job adapts more to life – and not the whole of life to the work schedule.
01
For international doctors: Get to know Germany before you decide.
For international doctors, we create a structured path into the German job market – from language preparation to recognition and licensure to finding the right clinic.
Those who want to work in Germany do not have to immediately decide on a clinic, a city, or an entire career.
MediNexus can be the entry point into the German job market.
You can get to know different clinics, cities, and work environments, gain experience, and find out what really suits you. Therefore, a first placement doesn't have to be a final decision.
Perhaps you'll work in Germany for a few months and then return to your home country. Perhaps you'll then try a different clinic or region. And perhaps you'll find the perfect employer you want to stay with long-term.
Then you can specifically apply for a permanent position there.
Get to know each other first. Then decide.
This makes entering the German market more predictable and less risky – for doctors as well as for hospitals.

02
For German doctors: A career without stagnation
A traditional medical career often means:
University studies. Hospital. Specialist training. One city. One employer. Few extended interruptions.
We believe there is another way.
MediNexus is aimed at doctors who want to provide high-quality medical care without sacrificing mobility and personal freedom.
Work in Munich for a few months, then in Hamburg or Berlin. Afterwards, take several months for travel, family, research, or your own projects. Get to know different clinics and find out which work environment truly suits you.
Here too, the following applies: Flexible deployment can be a transition – or the beginning of a long-term collaboration.
A linear career path becomes an individual one.

03
For hospitals: Staff exactly when needed.
At the same time, hospitals are increasingly facing another problem: staffing needs are not always permanent, but often urgent.
MediNexus connects clinics with a pool of qualified doctors who consciously want to work flexibly.
Hospitals can report their needs early and find suitable candidates based on specialization, qualification, time period, location and experience.
This creates an additional advantage: Flexible deployments can simultaneously serve as a mutual getting-to-know-you phase.
A hospital gains the opportunity to get to know a doctor in their daily work environment. The doctor, in turn, experiences the team, structures, and working conditions firsthand. If both sides are convinced, this can subsequently lead to a long-term, permanent position.
MediNexus thus combines short-term flexibility with long-term recruiting.
More than a job board

MediNexus is not intended to become just another platform with thousands of anonymous job postings.
We accompany the entire process:
Recruiting → Qualification → Recognition → Matching → Deployment → Re-deployment or permanent employment
With each mission, we learn better which clinic is the right fit for which doctor.
In the long term, this will create a network in which doctors can flexibly shape their professional careers and clinics gain access to a European pool of qualified medical professionals.
A new way of practicing medicine
A doctor from Lithuania initially works for four months in a German clinic, then tries out a second location and subsequently consciously decides to take up a permanent position with his preferred employer.
A German assistant doctor works for eight months, then travels through South America for four months, and then begins her next job.
A specialist doctor wants to get to know different regions of Germany before deciding where to settle in the long term.
A doctor would like to spend several months abroad with her family each year without giving up her professional ties to Germany.
